Author
Radclyffe Hall
The original lesbian martyr in literature, author of The Well of Loneliness, a complex work delving into homosexuality and queerness. A self proclaimed "invert", her relationship with her own desire was a complicated one. Still, she was brave to live according to it, and radical enough to put it into writing.
