Why it's in the Cabin
In 1792, Wollstonecraft wrote what would become one of the most famous feminist classics. She championed equal education for women and stated that the possible inferior state in class and development was only due to a lack of access to education. She does so rationally, exposing reasons and facts, and thus becomes a classic in philosophy more than an activist manifesto.
